Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders ship via Canada Post from Vancouver, Canada within 1-2 business days. All items come packaged in a sleek Aroha Silhouettes gift box packaged in bubble mailer. For customs purposes the specific piece you purchased will not be written on the outside of the package.

Standard untracked shipping is the most affordable delivery option and is available for orders to all available countries. Once your order goes through customs in your country it is passed over to your local postal system for delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada - 3-10 business days ($2)
  • United States - 4-15 business days ($4)
  • International - 6-15 business days ($6)

Expedited and tracked shipping is available upon checkout to most countries for an additional cost. If you need your item by a specific date please get in touch before you place your order and I will do my best to help.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Unfortunately things like customs clearance and holidays can cause shipping delays that are out of my control. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

RETURNS
I understand that occasionally customers wish to return products and I am happy to meet obligations to refund or exchange according to the policy below.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization so please get in touch before returning any items, quoting your order number. I will reply as soon as possible with the return shipping address. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, if it has been longer than this unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Once your return is received I will send you an email to notify you. Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non refundable.

If I have accidently sent you an incorrect item, please get in touch immediately after you receive your order, quoting your order number. You can send the incorrect item back and I will refund you the price you paid or exchange for the correct item while covering your return shipping costs.
